The hotel is conveniently located near the Waikato stadium, which was perfect for us. the room we stayed in was a good size, and it had a modern feel with a spa bath and a new bathroom. - the bed was comfortable and helped us have a good night's sleep.

The location was particularly good and handy, extremely close to Whitiora Bible Church. What's more, it was just next door to indeed the river side cycle path.

We had a pleasant stay here over the New Year period.

The fact that the room was way down the back of the complex - no road noises. No other noises from neighbours either. A nice change.
Dishes and linen not replaced on two occassions - stayed eight nights.

The spot here is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute stroll to Waikato Stadium, and conveniently near everything else.

Thank you guys for a restful stay for 1 night. The rooms are neat with great amenities and 3 bedrooms, for instance and the stuff are pleasant. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from an art gallery.

I arrived very late and it wasnt any problem. Key was where they said it would be and the outside light by door had been left on and bedroom curtains pulled across so room was nice and cosy on entry. Much appreciated by a tired traveller.
A couple of long black hairs in my bath water - I have long blonde hair!

Only overnight after fieldays so only needed a basic room
It was raining outside but the carpet felt damp and the room was a bit musty. The fittings on the bath and bathroom also seemed rusty, I guess the room felt tired, but was ok for a quick nightstop

Nice and quiet and the 12 oclock vacating time, plunger coffee
The motel door was hard to open and it couldnt be left unlocked with the button thingy on the inside resulting in one of us being locked out a few times, vey annoying if the other was in the bathroom and we had to wait, the sky tv picture was unwatchable
